SEO keyword analysis that shows which keywords are worth the work

SeoData puts every metric you need to judge a keyword on one screen. Volume, difficulty, intent, CPC, related ideas, questions and the current results page sit side by side, so you can decide in minutes which terms to target and which to skip.

Every keyword metric in one view

Type a keyword or paste a list. SeoData returns the numbers that matter for planning content and the context behind them.

  1. Volume, the estimated demand for the term in the market you select.
  2. Difficulty, a score from 0 to 100 that tells you how hard the first page is to reach. See the keyword difficulty checker for how the score is built.
  3. Intent, labeled as informational, commercial, transactional or navigational.
  4. CPC, the typical cost per click advertisers pay for the term, a quick signal of commercial value.
  5. Trend over the last twelve months, so seasonal terms are easy to spot.
  6. SERP features present on the page, such as featured snippets, local packs, videos and people also ask.

Ideas and questions around every seed

One seed keyword opens three lists. Matching terms contain your seed. Related terms share ranking pages with it. Questions are the queries people phrase as who, what, how and why. Each list carries the same metrics, so you filter by difficulty and intent before you read a single title.

From seed keyword to a ranked shortlist

SeoData combines data from licensed data partners with our own crawler that respects robots.txt. For each keyword it reads the current first page, scores the strength of the ranking pages and their link profiles, and classifies intent from the page types that rank.

  1. Enter one keyword or up to a thousand at once.

  2. Choose the market and device.

  3. Filter by difficulty, intent, CPC or word count.

  4. Open the SERP view to see who ranks, with their estimated traffic and referring domains.

  5. Group related terms into clusters and export the result.

SERP view with real competitors

The SERP view lists the pages ranking in the top results for the keyword, each with its position, page type, estimated organic traffic and referring domains. You see at a glance whether the first page belongs to big brands, niche blogs or forums, and whether a page like yours has a realistic chance.

Keyword clustering

SeoData groups keywords that share ranking pages into clusters. One cluster usually means one page. You plan fewer, stronger pages instead of many thin ones that compete with each other.

Built for people who plan content and campaigns

  • In-house SEO leads who set the quarterly content plan and need to defend each target.
  • Agencies preparing keyword strategies for new clients, often together with a keyword gap analysis against the client's competitors.
  • Content managers who brief writers and want each brief tied to one clear cluster.
  • Freelance consultants who need reliable numbers without a heavy setup.

Reading the numbers the right way

Start with intent. A keyword with the wrong intent will not convert, however attractive the volume looks. Then check difficulty against your own domain strength: a young site wins faster with lower scores. Use CPC as a tiebreaker, because a high CPC means advertisers earn money from that traffic. Finally open the SERP view. If the first page is full of pages that answer the query better than you can, move on.
