Data

Where does SeoData get its data?

SeoData combines licensed data partners and our own crawler that respects robots.txt. The crawl snapshot, on-page checks and homepage links in every report are collected live when you run it. The data and methodology page describes each metric and how it is estimated.

How fresh is the data?

Tracked keywords update every day. Backlink and visibility data refresh continuously. Every metric in a report shows the date it was last updated, so you always know what you are looking at.

How is organic traffic estimated?

Estimated organic traffic combines the keywords a domain ranks for, its positions and the expected click share for each position in the selected market. It is an estimate, not analytics data, and works best for comparing domains and spotting trends. Try it on the website traffic checker.

Which markets does SeoData cover?

Reports cover the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany and Poland. You choose the market for each report, and position tracking also works by city.

Plans and billing

How much does SeoData cost?

Starter costs 49 USD per month, Pro 129 USD, Agency 299 USD and Enterprise 999 USD. Yearly billing saves 50%, so the same plans cost 24, 64, 149 and 499 USD per month billed yearly. Every limit is on the SeoData pricing page.

Can I try SeoData before I pay?

Yes. Enter any domain on the homepage and you get a one-time snapshot with a live crawl and an AI action list. No card needed. The full report and every module come with a paid plan.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel in your account settings and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The plan does not renew after that.

Do you offer refunds?

Payments are final. We refund only a double charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total failure of the service. Read the refund policy for the details.

What happens when I reach a monthly limit?

The tool tells you which limit you reached and when it resets. You can move to a higher plan at any time, and the new limits apply as soon as the difference is paid.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Every payment comes with an invoice you can download from your account. Enterprise can also pay by invoice.

Reports and team

Do seats cost extra?

No. Seats are included in every plan, from 1 on Starter to 3 on Pro, 10 on Agency and 30 on Enterprise.

Can I white-label reports for clients?

Yes, on Agency and Enterprise. PDF reports carry your logo and go out from your own domain on a schedule you set. Pro includes branded reports. See white label SEO reports.

What is the AI action plan?

Every domain report, gap report and audit ends with three to five tasks ranked by expected impact, written from the real findings in that report. Read more about AI SEO recommendations.

Can I compare my site with competitors?

Yes. The keyword gap report compares your domain with up to 2 competitors on Starter, 4 on Pro, 5 on Agency and 10 on Enterprise, and sorts the missing keywords by opportunity. See keyword gap analysis.

API and security

Is there an API?

Yes. Agency includes 100 000 API rows per month and Enterprise includes 1 000 000. The API returns domain, backlink and keyword metrics in JSON. Details are on the SEO API page.

Does SeoData support single sign-on?

Yes, on Enterprise. Enterprise includes SSO with SAML, roles, an audit log and priority support with a named contact. Read how we protect accounts on the security page.

Who can see my reports?

Only people in your workspace. Reports stay private until you share them or send them on a schedule.

Account

How do I create an account?

Click Get started, enter your work email and a password, then type the six-digit code we send to your inbox. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder or use Resend code.

How do I contact support?

Write to [email protected] from the email on your account. Include the domain or report you are asking about and we answer with concrete steps.
