AI SEO recommendations ranked by impact and effort

Every SeoData report ends with an action plan. An AI model reads the findings from your domain overview, backlinks, keyword gap and site audit, and turns them into a short list of tasks, each with expected impact, effort and the pages it touches.

Data is not a decision

An audit with hundreds of warnings, a gap report with thousands of keywords and a link profile with new and lost domains all leave the same question open. What should the team do this week? The action plan answers that question in plain language, for the person who has to do the work.

From findings to a ranked task list

The plan is built in four steps, and every step uses data from your own project.

  1. SeoData collects the findings of the current report: audit issues with affected URLs, ranking movement, keyword gap results, new and lost referring domains.

  2. Each finding is scored for expected impact, based on how many pages it affects, how visible those pages are and how much the related keywords are worth to the site.

  3. Each finding is scored for effort, from a one-line template change to a new piece of content or an outreach campaign.

  4. An AI model writes the tasks: what to change, where, why it matters and how to check that the fix worked.

The result is a list sorted by impact against effort, with quick wins on top and larger projects grouped below.

Every task is specific

A task never says "improve your SEO". It names the pages, the problem and the fix.

FieldWhat it contains
TaskOne sentence with the action, written as an instruction
WhyThe finding behind it, with a link to the underlying data
ImpactHigh, medium or low, with the reason
EffortSmall, medium or large, with who usually does it
PagesThe affected URLs, ready to copy into a ticket
CheckHow to confirm the fix, such as a recrawl or a position check

Tasks can be assigned to a seat, marked done, or dismissed with a note. Dismissed tasks stay out of the next plan unless the finding gets worse.

Where the recommendations come from

The AI model works only with findings SeoData has measured for your project. It does not invent numbers and it does not guess about pages it has not seen.

Data sources and update cadence are explained on data and methodology.

  1. Site audit issues, from broken links to missing canonicals and slow templates
  2. Keyword gap analysis results, turned into content briefs with target terms and intent
  3. Backlink changes, turned into reclaim tasks for lost links and outreach ideas for domains that link to competitors
  4. Ranking movement from daily position tracking, linked to the pages that moved

AI action plans per plan

Each plan includes a monthly number of generated action plans. A plan is counted when it is generated, and regenerating a plan counts again. Deleting a plan does not return it to the allowance. The allowance renews with each billing period.

Plans also appear inside scheduled and white label SEO reports, so your clients or managers get the next steps with the numbers.

Questions about the action plan

Which AI model writes the tasks?

SeoData uses a commercial AI model under a business agreement. Your project data is used to generate your plan and is not used to train the model.

Can I edit a task?

Yes. Change the wording, the priority or the assignee. Your edits stay with the task in reports.

Does the plan replace an SEO specialist?

No. It removes the hours spent turning data into a task list, so the specialist spends time on the fixes and the strategy.

Is the plan available in every module?

Yes. Domain overviews, keyword gap reports and audits all end with an action plan.
